- The underwriter (insurer of record) — a regulated Canadian carrier that issues your policy and pays valid claims.
- The administrator — a licensed policy administrator that handles fulfillment, policy service, and 24/7 emergency medical assistance.
- The claims team — handles all claims and emergency assistance.
- Sacraw Financial — your licensed insurance agency, regulated by FSRA (Ontario). We help you choose and buy the right plan. We don’t insure you ourselves and we don’t handle claims.
